By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We offer a range of web design, development, and branding services using no-code platforms. Access to and use of our services, including the CanvasHug website (www.canvashug.com), are subject to the terms outlined here. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

CanvasHug provides digital product design and development services, specializing in no-code platforms such as Framer, Webflow, and Bubble.io. Our focus is to offer flexible solutions for startups, new and established businesses, with a range of services that cater to various project scopes—from simple landing pages to robust web applications.

CanvasHug offers multiple subscription plans to suit different project needs. Clients may choose between the following options:

Partnership Plan:

  • One active request at a time.

  • Unlimited design and development requests, prioritized by need.

  • Revisions delivered within 1-3 business days.

  • Bi-weekly synchronization calls to discuss progress and next steps.

  • Monthly subscription fee: €2,990.

Partnership+ Plan:

  • Two active requests at a time.

  • Unlimited design and development requests with priority support and delivery.

  • Daily updates and project check-ins for faster turnaround times.

  • Weekly sync calls for regular updates.

  • Monthly subscription fee: €4,990.

Payment Terms for Subscription Plans

Payment is required upfront on a monthly basis. The client agrees to automatic billing at the start of each month. If payment is not received on time, services may be paused until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

In addition to subscription plans, CanvasHug offers a fixed pricing model for clients who prefer a one-time project fee. This is ideal for landing pages, MVPs, and other bespoke projects.

MVP Starter Kit:

  • 50/25/25 payment structure.

  • Clients pay 50% upfront, 25% at mid-point delivery, and the final 25% upon completion.

  • Up to 40 screens and 10 pages included in the base pricing.

  • Clients are entitled to three rounds of revisions.

Landing Page Projects:

  • Fixed fee pricing for clients who need high-conversion landing pages.

  • 1-4 unique pages included in the base price.

  • 50/25/25 payment structure as described for MVP projects.

  • Final designs delivered within 10-14 days.

Custom project pricing is also available upon request, based on scope and complexity. Clients are encouraged to reach out directly for a personalized quote.

CanvasHug operates as an independent contractor. We are not employees, agents, or representatives of any client. This arrangement ensures flexibility in work methods, schedules, and delivery.

Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of the final designs and assets created for them. However, CanvasHug retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. If third-party assets are used (e.g., licensed images, fonts), the client is responsible for adhering to the licensing agreements attached to these assets.

SEO services are included in all design projects as a standard offering, ensuring that all websites are optimized to perform well in search rankings. For clients who require custom SEO and maintenance services beyond the standard package, CanvasHug offers bespoke maintenance plans. These plans can include ongoing SEO optimization, content updates, and performance monitoring.

Clients on subscription plans will receive notifications about maintenance options as part of their project management support, ensuring they can opt in for additional services whenever necessary.

If a client is dissatisfied with the service after three revisions, they may request a full refund within the first month of service, provided delays are not caused by the client. Refunds will only be applicable for the first month of service.

For fixed pricing projects, no refunds will be issued after the first round of deliverables has been approved. Clients may cancel subscription plans at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

CanvasHug will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delay or failure to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances. By engaging CanvasHug, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CanvasHug from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from unauthorized use of third-party assets or other elements provided by the client.

CanvasHug reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients in advance. Continued use of services after the modifications have been posted will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

CanvasHug encourages open communication and welcomes feedback from clients. In the event of any disputes, clients are urged to contact CanvasHug directly to seek an amicable resolution. Should disputes persist, they will be settled in accordance with Belgian law.
